Visitation will take place on February 26, 2026, from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Denton-Wood Funeral Home Chapel, followed by a vigil at 6:00 PM. The Mass of Christian Burial is set for February 27, 2026, at 10:00 AM at San Jose Catholic Church, officiated by Fr. Juan Carlos Ramirez, with interment to follow at Carlsbad Cemetery in Carlsbad, NM.
Born on April 30, 1979, in Roswell, NM, Willie was a beloved son of the late Guillermo Morales Aragon and Irma Rodriguez. He was known for his hardworking nature and his deep commitment to family. A passionate fan of the Pittsburgh Steelers, Willie enjoyed watching games and spending time at bingo halls or casinos with his mother.
Willie’s love for music brought joy not only to him but to those around him, as he cherished singing and dancing, especially with his mother. Described as generous and kind-hearted, Willie was always ready to lend a hand to those in need.
He is survived by his mother, Irma Rodriguez; stepfather, Danny C. Rodriguez; children, Ean and Aiden Aragon, Carissa Jimenez (married to Joey Lopez), and Diego Wesson (partner of Camden Fuentes); partner, Natasha Aragon; grandchildren, Andres and Adriel Lopez; and many brothers, sisters, aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.
The family expresses their heartfelt gratitude for the overwhelming support they have received during this challenging time. Pallbearers for the services will include family members and close friends, underscoring the strong bonds he fostered throughout his life.
