Reflecting on her journey, she recalls her arrival vividly: “I came on the night train from Pittsburgh, by myself. The sisters got me a special card for clergy. And I wasn’t clergy,” she shared, emphasizing her commitment to her calling.
Over her remarkable nine decades of service, Sister Marionette has witnessed profound historical changes, living through the terms of 18 U.S. Presidents and witnessing events as significant as the fall of the Soviet Union.
