UPDATE: A 34-year-old woman from San Jose has been arrested on suspicion of murder following a deadly hit-and-run incident that occurred just before 7:30 PM on December 3, 2023. Authorities have confirmed that the collision was an intentional act, sending shockwaves through the local community.
The incident unfolded at the intersection of Winchester Boulevard and Tisch Way, where police found a woman down in the roadway. Emergency medical personnel transported the victim to a nearby hospital, but she was pronounced dead shortly after arrival.
