Bandfest Day 2 Delivers Spectacular Performances Ahead of Rose Parade

UPDATE: Bandfest Day 2 at Pasadena City College electrified audiences with stunning performances from 19 prestigious marching bands, just days before the iconic Rose Parade on January 1, 2026. The event, held on December 30, 2025, showcased vibrant music and dynamic displays, captivating fans in attendance.

The second day of Bandfest continued the exhilarating momentum from Day 1, filling Robinson Stadium with rhythmic sounds and bursts of brass. The performances featured bands from across the globe, including the Allen Eagle Escadrille from Texas, the Indiana University Marching Hundred, and the Mino Jiyu Gakuen “Golden Bears” Green Band from Japan.

Master of Ceremonies, Jim Hahn, announced a lineup that included local favorites and international talents. The first session kicked off with the Pasadena City College Herald Trumpets and the Homewood Patriot Band from Alabama. The excitement soared as the audience cheered for the Greendale High School Marching Band from Wisconsin and the Bands of America Honor Band from Indiana.

The second session featured even more talent, including the Franklin High School Marching Band from Tennessee and the United States Marine Corps West Coast Composite Band from San Diego, CA.
