Arc Beverly Launches Luxurious Coworking Space in Beverly Hills

UPDATE: Arc Beverly has officially opened its doors at 9800 Wilshire Blvd in Beverly Hills, transforming the coworking landscape with a luxurious, social club experience. Just announced, this exquisite venue combines private suites, rooftop terraces, and gourmet dining to create a vibrant community for professionals and creatives alike.

This grand opening comes at a pivotal time as many professionals are seeking alternatives to traditional office settings. Arc Beverly aims to cater to business leaders, social media influencers, and startups, offering 65,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor collaborative environments. The space features state-of-the-art offices, conference rooms, a theater, and two stunning rooftop terraces.

The vision for Arc Beverly is spearheaded by Good City Studio founders David Gutstadt and Amanda Potter, who have extensive backgrounds in developing high-profile lifestyle brands. Gutstadt emphasizes that Arc is not just a workspace but a “workspace-focused club,” aiming to redefine coworking with full-service hospitality.

Renovations are still underway, including tailored spaces for unique member needs, such as a tech company with a podcast studio. The culinary experience, led by Victor Totoris, is another standout feature. Members can enjoy a seasonal menu inspired by Totoris’ Argentine heritage, with dishes like a chicken milanesa sandwich and skirt steak with chimichurri.

Arc Beverly has already become a hotspot for significant events, hosting gatherings from the NBA All-Star Weekend to the Oscars. With the upcoming 2026 World Cup, 2027 Super Bowl, and 2028 Olympic Games on the horizon, the club is poised to host even more high-profile events.

Industry veteran Florence Granteral has been appointed as vice president of club experience and operations, bringing her expertise from the LA membership club scene to enhance daily operations. Granteral describes Arc as a “business incubator, brand accelerator, and private event venue,” catering to a diverse range of industries from beauty to tech.

As Arc Beverly sets out to redefine the coworking model, it offers four membership tiers with rates starting at $300 per month. Members enjoy access to the club’s restaurant, bar, lounges, and wellness programming, along with reciprocal privileges at over 70 partner clubs globally.

This launch comes amidst a competitive coworking landscape, as other premium spaces like NeueHouse have recently closed. With a 50% spike in inquiries following these closures, Arc Beverly is capitalizing on the demand for high-quality coworking environments.

Potter notes, “Over the next 12 months, our mission is to build a place where people can work, network, and recharge.” As the space continues to evolve, it promises to be a vital hub for networking and collaboration in Beverly Hills.
