As of January 30, 2024, Rochester Regional Health’s St. Lawrence Region has announced a temporary relocation of its laboratory and medical imaging registration office. The office will move from the main floor of the EJ Noble Building at 80 East Main Street, Canton, to the lower level, which can be accessed via the rear entrance. While the registration office is relocating, both medical imaging and laboratory services will continue to operate in their current locations.
To ensure a smooth transition for patients, the registration service will still be available on the main floor for a limited time during the initial days of the move. Staff members will be present to assist patients and their families, and wayfinding signage will guide visitors to the new registration location.
Purpose of the Relocation
This temporary move is necessary to facilitate facility upgrades within the building. While a specific timeline for returning the registration services to the main floor has not yet been established, Rochester Regional Health has committed to providing updates as they become available.
When accessing the parking lot at 80 East Main Street, patients should take the first right turn, which leads around the right side of the building. Both registration and the medical services will remain accessible through the same entrance, ensuring that patient care continues without interruption.
