The SMB FastTrack program simplifies the planning process for attendees while ensuring they can easily connect with exhibitors and educational sessions tailored to their specific needs. This is achieved through intuitive planning tools and visual identifiers, allowing participants to efficiently navigate the show.
Exhibitors affiliated with the SMB FastTrack will be marked with SMB Friendly icons in the online directory and on the event floor. This designation highlights offerings such as flexible financing options, discounts, and services specifically designed for SMBs. Attendees seeking machinery can quickly locate relevant exhibitors by looking for the gear icon in the exhibitor directory.
The educational offerings at PACK EXPO East 2026 will include a dedicated learning track focused on SMBs, addressing crucial topics like workforce development, artificial intelligence, food safety, digital manufacturing, lean operations, cost-effective packaging solutions, and startup supply chain strategies.

The My Show Planner feature allows attendees to organize exhibitors, sessions, and events, schedule meetings in advance, and foster meaningful connections before, during, and after the event.
For the first time, the Greater Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce will be present at PACK EXPO East, offering regional business resources and services aimed at supporting company growth. PAC EXPO East will introduce two AI-powered tools to streamline the identification of packaging and processing solutions. The AI Category Search allows users to input a solution or upload an image of their product to receive tailored product category recommendations linked to relevant exhibitors. Meanwhile, the AI Search Pilot offers step-by-step guidance for packaging and processing based on the end product, connecting users to matching exhibitor categories.
The event will feature approximately 500 exhibitors showcasing solutions across over 40 vertical markets. As the premier packaging and processing event on the East Coast, it will highlight innovations in automation, efficiency, sustainability, and materials across various industries, including food and beverage, life sciences, cosmetics, and household chemicals.
New features at the show include the Containers and Materials Pavilion, focusing on recyclable and biodegradable packaging solutions, and the Incubator Hub, presented in partnership with Ben Franklin Technology Partners. Returning attractions include the Reusable Packaging Pavilion and the Association Partner Pavilion. Beyond the exhibits, PACK EXPO East offers a variety of educational and networking opportunities, including free presentations at the Innovation Stage and the Industry Speaks sessions. Events such as the Taste of Philly Opening Reception, the Young Professionals Networking Reception, and the Packaging & Processing Women’s Leadership Network Reception will further enhance networking opportunities.
