The State Highway Department is set to advertise bids for the reconstruction of 22,670 linear feet of one-course reinforced concrete pavement. This project will span 20 feet wide across Upper Darby, Springfield, Nether Providence townships, and the boroughs of Swarthmore, Clifton Heights, and Media.
