URGENT UPDATE: The Kennebunk community mourns the loss of Deborah L. Branch, who passed away on October 31, 2025, at the age of 82 in Wells, Maine. Deborah was a cherished member of the community, leaving behind a legacy of love and service.
Born on January 5, 1943, in Cambridge, Massachusetts, Deborah was the daughter of Leo and Elinor (Foley) Donovan. She graduated from Winchester High in 1960 and completed her studies at Mt. Ida College in 1962. Her professional journey began as a Flight Attendant for Mohawk Airlines, before transitioning into administrative roles across various companies.
Deborah is survived by her loving husband of twenty years, Peter Branch, and her three children: Brian O’Keefe of Groveland, Massachusetts, Mark O’Keefe and his wife Angela of Danvers, Massachusetts, and Candace Hunt and husband James of Billerica, Massachusetts. She also leaves behind her two grandchildren, Brady and Christopher Hunt.
In accordance with her wishes, a private memorial service will be planned for the future to honor her remarkable life.
