This discussion will focus on how these reforms can stimulate entry-level ownership in Northern Colorado. Moderated by Sally Piskun, an equity partner at Berg Hill Greenleaf Ruscitti LLP, the panel will include perspectives from developers and insurers.
Finally, the session titled “Fees, Taps & Infrastructure: Cutting Costs Without Starving Services” will delve into the impact of various fees on housing development. This session aims to identify best practices in fee calibration and explore Colorado’s new tap-fee law. Joe Rowan, an adviser, will moderate this discussion, bringing together industry leaders to share their knowledge.
