On February 14, 2024, Emerald Island Casino and Rainbow Club Casino in Downtown Henderson will host special Valentine’s Day dinners featuring exclusive menus designed to celebrate the occasion. The dining events will take place from 16:00 to 22:00, offering guests a romantic culinary experience.
Exclusive Menus at Emerald Island Grille and Triple B
The Emerald Island Grille, located within Emerald Island Casino, will present a three-course menu. Guests can start their meal with a choice between a chopped romaine salad dressed in Greek vinaigrette, complete with olives, grape tomatoes, cucumber, pickled red onions, and feta cheese, or a shrimp bisque accompanied by parmesan crostini.
For the main course, diners can select between pan-seared Asian sea bass served atop fresh asparagus or a grilled USDA choice New York strip steak Oscar, which features crabmeat, hollandaise sauce, and red roasted potatoes. To conclude the meal, a triple chocolate mousse with raspberry sauce and freshly whipped cream will be offered.
Across the street, the Rainbow Club Casino’s restaurant, Triple B, will also provide a delightful dining option. The first course features a choice of mixed baby greens with toasted walnuts, crumbled goat cheese, and raspberry vinaigrette, or a crab bisque with parmesan crostini. The main course includes an herb-crusted split Maine lobster tail or a grilled USDA choice ribeye, both served with loaded mashed potatoes and grilled asparagus topped with hollandaise sauce. Dessert will feature a rich chocolate flourless cake served with strawberry sauce and whipped cream.
