Debby Ryan and Josh Dun Celebrate Birth of Baby Felix Winter

Actress Debby Ryan and her husband, Josh Dun, drummer of the band Twenty One Pilots, have welcomed their first child, a baby boy named Felix Winter Dun. The announcement came on December 13, 2023, when Ryan shared a heartfelt video on Instagram, showcasing a personal moment in a birthing tub along with the first images of their newborn.

In her post, Ryan described the emotional experience of bringing Felix into the world. “We sat under the full moon— the cold supermoon— reminiscing on our life as a family of two, and told the child I was harboring that we were ready to become three,” she wrote. She recounted how Felix was born surrounded by Christmas lights, with snow falling outside their window, adding, “By midday, Felix was born into her father’s hands.”

Ryan praised Dun as “an incredible teammate” during the birth and expressed gratitude for her supportive birth team. Her affectionate words for baby Felix captured the joy of new motherhood: “Her hair is made of silk and her breath smells like vanilla ice cream, and every chirp, squeak and whimper is music.” She reflected on the fleeting nature of this early stage, stating, “I know too soon, I’ll look away and look back and she’ll be bigger and bigger still.”

The couple, who tied the knot on December 31, 2019, after a year-long engagement, have received an outpouring of love from fans and fellow artists. Ryan is known for her roles in popular series such as Jessie and The Suite Life on Deck, while recently appearing in American Horror Stories and the film Turtles All the Way Down. She has upcoming projects including the thriller Famous, alongside stars like Zac Efron and Phoebe Dynevor, and the sci-fi thriller Orion.

Meanwhile, Twenty One Pilots continues to achieve significant milestones in the music industry. The band recently secured their 13th career No. 1 on the Alternative Airplay chart with their latest single, “City Walls.” This marks their third No. 1 this year, following hits “The Line” and “The Contract.” They now tie with Cage the Elephant and Green Day for the third-most No. 1s on the chart since its inception in September 1988, trailing only behind the Red Hot Chili Peppers, who hold the record with 15 chart-toppers.

As Ryan and Dun embrace their new roles as parents, fans are eager to witness the next chapter in their lives, both personally and professionally. The joy surrounding baby Felix Winter Dun adds a new layer to their ongoing journeys in entertainment and music.
