‘School Spirits’ Season 3 Premieres January 28 on Paramount+

The supernatural drama series, School Spirits, is set to return for its third season on January 28, 2024. Paramount+ announced the premiere date during a panel at the CCXP event in São Paulo, Brazil, featuring the show’s star and executive producer. The upcoming season promises to delve into darker mysteries as the boundaries between life and death become increasingly tenuous.

In this new season, the protagonist Maddie Nears, portrayed by Olivia List, will face terrifying visions while grappling with her role in protecting both the living and the deceased. As the story unfolds, Maddie and her friends will confront the haunting history of Split River High. Questions surrounding the numerous tragedies that have occurred at the school intensify, particularly focusing on the warnings issued by a character named Mr. Martin.

The season will kick off with three episodes that explore these gripping themes, revealing secrets and dangers that lurk beneath the surface. Maddie’s friend Simon, played by Kristian Ventura, is trapped in the afterlife and becomes fixated on uncovering the buried truths of their high school. The series is created by Nate and Megan Trinrud, who also serve as co-showrunners and executive producers alongside Oliver Goldstick.
